The Authority is pleased to announce the launch of Customer Connection, a new communication program that offers SEPTA riders the opportunity to meet our Customer Service, Operations, Facilities, Transit Police, and Service Planning staff members, ask questions, get travel information, or offer suggestions, comments, and commendations.
We realize that our riders lead very busy lives and that you may not always have the time to send an e-mail or call Customer Service, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have questions or want to share transit ideas. As part of our commitment to focus on our core business – our customers – we’re working to create different ways we can reach out to you and you can connect with us.
Every other Wednesday between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m., the SEPTA Customer Connection team will visit a different station and you are invited to take a few minutes to stop by to chat.
